Shipping
Bike will be shipped in box (partially assembled) via UPS/Fedex ground in 2-3 business days after we received the order. It usually takes 7-10 days for the item to arrive. Shipping cost only apply to 48 contiguous United States. For Shipping outside of the 48 contiguous United States, please contact us for detail.
Damaged Merchandise
Items might be damaged during the shipping process. We are not responsible for any damage caused in the shipping process. Damaged claims must be filed with the carrier (Shipping Insurance is optional).
Manufacturer Defects
If an item happens to have manufacturer defects, please email us the details along with pictures of the defects. All claims must be notified within 7 business days from the date the item was received. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects but we will do our best to get you the replacement part. We are not responsible for damage caused by your excessive wear and tear during the assembly process.
Return Policy
You can cancel an order within 24 hours after we have received it. You can return new, unopened items within 7 days after they have been delivered to you. Items have to be returned in their original packaging. We are not responsible for the shipping cost for returning items. Once item is opened, there will be no return or refund. If the customer accidentally receives the wrong item, please contact us and we will do our best to get you the right item. If an item is sent back to us without approval, we are not responsible for the return shipping cost.
Manufacturer Warranty
One month warranty for the frame and all component joint parts. The manufacturer will replace any parts failing during the warranty period. The shipping fee will not be covered by the warranty. |
